Overview

Delhi Public School, Ara is an initiative of Delhi Public School Society (DPSS), which is one of the largest chains of CBSE schools in India, to fill the striking gap of quality education and infrastructure at a remote location like Ara . The Ara campus is the DPSS’ fourth campus in Bihar after Patna, Bhagalpur and Gaya.

The school aims to help children evolve into citizens adequately equipped to face with elan the myriad challenges of life in this age of cut-throat competition. We aspire to optimally develop the cognitive, psychomotor and aesthetic faculties of our children so as to enable them to come out with flying colours in whatever endeavour they make to excel in life.

Textbook teaching apart, we have lined up a number of additional curricular and co-curricular activities for the pupils on our campus to learn the import of hard work, sincerity, honesty, integrity and passion besides our social and cultural mores and manners. Of course, we put equal stress on physical fitness of our students and, as such, we have on our campus all the modern facilities for sports and games.

To sum up, DPS at Ara shall strive to replicate the excellence with which the 200 and odd DPSS’ authorized branch schools across India and on foreign shores impart holistic education to their students.
