Procedure
ADMISSION OVERVIEW
Admission to the school shall be a two stage process. All desirous candidates will have to register themselves with the school. The registration can be done either online or by procuring/submitting the Registration Form at the Admin office of the school. The Registration Fee could be either paid online or at the Admin office.
Candidates from the Registered List will be shortlisted and called for interaction on a designated time & date. Post interaction the selected candidates shall be intimated about the admission schedule/time.
AGE CRITERIA
The eligibility criterion for various classes are based on the age of the child. For the next academic year, the applicant’s age as on 31st March 2023, as recorded in the birth certificate will determine the eligibility for admission to a particular class.
Recommended classes for children born between the following dates:

OBSERVATION-CUM-INTERACTION FOR CLASSES NURSERY, PREPARATORY, I AND II
Admission to classes Foundation, Nursery, Preparatory, I and II will be granted on the basis of the Observation-cum-Interaction. Presence of both the parents during this period is mandatory.
Parents will have to bring the acknowledgment copy of the submitted Registration Form when they come for the Observation-cum-Interaction. The date and time of the shortlisted candidates for the interaction shall be intimated through emails/website/Notice Board at the Admin office of the school.
ASSESSMENT AND INTERACTION SESSION FOR CLASS III TO VIII
For Class III onwards, an Assessment will be conducted which will be followed by an Interactive Session. Both the parents must be present in the School on the designated date/time.
ADMISSION PROCESS
After the Observation/Interaction/Assessment, list of all successful candidates and their admission time/schedule will be displayed on the notice board at the Admin office of the school. The List will be published on the Website of the school as well and individual candidates will be intimated through the Email ID provided on the Registration Form. The parents of successful candidates will be required to contact the school office for the completion of admission formalities by depositing the required fee and other charges along with the necessary documents.
Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission:
- School leaving/transfer certificate and previous year’s Report Card.
- Medical Certificate in the given format.
- Copy of Aadhar Card of the Candidate.
- Birth Certificate, in original, to be brought for verification only.
- Recent passport size colour photograph of the candidate and both parents.
- Admission will be cancelled if any variance is found between the particulars filled in the Registration Form and the documents submitted for admission.
